THE TEACHERS
Sandra Jara
Sandra is passionate about sharing
the practices of meditation and yoga.
Strong preparation in mindfulness and her background in dental holistic health has given her the opportunity to explore the relationship between body, mind and spirit.
She has lived in different parts of the world and that is why she is aware of the importance of arriving in a new country and making it her home. She likes to knit, dance and study.
Joana Ferret
Joana is an immigrant, mindfulness facilitator, and a meditation practitioner since she was introduced to Buddhism a long ago. She is an eternal student and teacher who loves to share knowledge and goodness with the world. Joana is also a Digital Product Designer when she’s not meditating.
